I did it: The basic structure and design of my website are complete – all thanks to a collaboration with AI. It wasn't an easy journey. The layout and concept evolved continuously throughout the process.

Yes, it took me more than two months to build just a few pages. But I had never created a website before, never designed my own layout – let alone coded a custom content management system that can now even publish this post. And that’s something I’m proud of.

More than once I felt like giving up. But I learned how to work with different AI tools and use them effectively to reach my goal step by step. My biggest helpers were ChatGPT, Perplexity, and my new favorite tool Manus.

The biggest challenge? Realizing that these tools only offer a limited view – and that even small changes can have a big impact. More than once I unintentionally disrupted the structure of my site or disabled links and had to figure out how to fix it.

But that made it all the more valuable: AI helped me refresh my basic knowledge, understand website architecture better, and solve problems on my own.

Now it's time for the next phase: making the site ready for SEA and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization). Stay tuned for an update.
